Systems thinker with 9+ years across B2B SaaS, design systems and AI-native products. I model unfamiliar problems from first principles, find the leverage point, and ship the working system, whether that's a design system that scaled a platform to 80,000+ orders a month or a versioned engine that builds bespoke websites in a day.
Internship 2016–18, then UX/UI Designer → Associate Manager (Design) — Technology. The Technology & Growth departments transferred LetReach → VCFL in Jul 2024 with continuous service; vFulfill product work spans 2019–2025.
The problem. Cross-border sellers running branded dropshipping had to stitch their supply chain together across a chain of middlemen, juggling sourcing, fulfilment, shipping and branding with little control and no trust. vFulfill's bet was to put that whole chain on one platform built around speed, control and trust. My job was to design it from scratch: a complex, multi-state operation serving users on two fronts: vFulfill operations, Product Research, Growth (backend) & Partners (frontend).
The leverage. I designed the platform 0→1 and built the design system as its single source of truth, so every surface spoke one language as the team and feature set scaled fast. On top of that I designed the flagship flows: product research, multi-state order management and merchant onboarding. With each group I ran regular reviews, reconciling conflicting needs into one coherent product.
The outcome. The system scaled with the business to 80,000+ orders/month, lifted on-time delivery, and made every subsequent feature cheaper to design and build. I also brought AI tooling into design-ops and mentored front-end developers on implementation.
The scope. LetX is a marketing-SaaS company whose suite grew to ~16 conversion products: web-push, email, popups, retargeting, on-site chat, offer intelligence and more. Each one needed its own product UX and its own brand, and I led design across all of it.
The leverage. I built a design system from 0→1 so the whole suite could ship in one product language, then designed each product on top of it, from LetReach's web-push dashboards to email (MailEngageX), gamified popups (LetSpinio) and offer intelligence (Perform9), owning both the interface and the per-product brand.
The flagship. LetReach: India's first SaaS web-push marketing platform. Analytics, a campaign builder, automation sequences and guided onboarding, all on the shared system.
Freelance, client and self-initiated work alongside the group roles above — brand and product builds, client web apps (SGK Justice, SGK Galerie), AI-native tooling and my own D2C brand.
The problem. A first-of-its-kind legal-protection network for employees in a category built on fear and fine print. It had to feel safe, premium and credible on first glance.
The leverage. A navy-and-gold visual language that signals institutional trust, carried from the hero through the “how it works” story to clear, comparable membership plans, so the value is understood before the price is.
The outcome. A complete brand-to-product system: identity, marketing site and conversion-focused membership flow, consistent end to end.
The problem. Bespoke supplier websites are slow and repetitive to produce. The design work is real, but most of the build is the same job done again.
The leverage. A versioned engine that assembles a complete, bespoke supplier site from a single data file: scrape → generate → live demo, the same day. The design system is the input; the website is the output.
The outcome. 6+ live demos across 4 countries. I sold the tool to a company, and the same funnel won a client build contract: design thinking, productised into software.

Establish the premise and the real problem from first principles, before touching pixels or code. Define what “success” actually means, measurably.
Locate the one change, usually in the data model or the flow, that moves the outcome most. Most of the work is deciding what not to build.
Build the working system, then make the repetition cheap with a design system, a generator or a pattern, so the next one is fast.
